Fair enough warrior.
If people can't handle what a transsexual is, then fair enough.

The outrage on this particular forum is so false though. All you prim and proper little pussycats living in suburbia, with no illegal aliens, or migrants, or heaven forbid any transsexulas walking round, and you people get fake offended when someone has a different view.

Where does the tolerance go?

EVERYONE has a right to free speech! Hurra!
EVERYONE? Yes, all you lefty, liberal fags!
Asylum seekers welcome! Yeah! But not in my house!
Muslims are OK, let them bring their cultural enrichment to the country. Like hatred of women, gays, no religious freedoms, etc., etc.
So a fascist pakistani is OK then? Or a racist Somali?
Brilliant!

Tolerance, my arse!

Any chance, any at all, that maybe we just get back to talking about football - Arsenal in particular.

Can't wait! The excitement is building. I wonder if Dick Emery lol will try and get the team to put the ball in the net in a new way.

Thursday nights are made for this, football's coming home to the Gooners.

Question to the Forum...

Will the famous Tottenham Hotspur or Manchester City win the Champions League before Arsenal FC?

You couldn't make up a question like that without being accused of being a troll a few years ago, but now it seems to be a realistic question for debate. Even Liverpool are resurgent, and them and Manchester United might win it AGAIN before Arsenal do.
And what about Chelsea?
Well, 40 years ago they would have been rollling in the Aisles over a joke about Chelsea. Chelsea Pensioners, ho ho, what a laugh we had.

Man City will win it before us I believe. SK will never spend the money to make us competitive enough.

Now that was a display not unlike I witnessed before. An "english" team going to Juventus and winning.
One game away from being in the ko round. That game is against YOung Boys at home.
I think Manchester Reds will beat these part-timers and then they're qualified.

Shame that Kloppo, lol, lost in Belgravia. His Liverpool Reds have been very great at the football, but a huge turnaround saw them defeated, but undeterd they will also qualifiy for Cl final roiunds.

Now London Reds have to show fighting spirituos performance against a Sporting Club.
We'll all have a pint and a half to toast the changes of OUR Arsenal, and a bag of crisps. Salt and vinegar please!

Come On YOu Gooners!

Like Arsenal going there and winning 1-0 many years ago. Did I see it or the highlights. No, just an item on the radio one morning and a couple of lines in a national paper. While there are some annoying things with the internet, the ability to gather information is amazing compared to the old days.

He doesn't have to.

That's the bottom line.

That's all we need to know.
There is very little difference now between a Winner of the Champions League and any other team in the Premier League in terms of revenue.

Here's the official pay-out list of UEFA for the Champions League.
You can see the little sweeteners in there for teams that don't even qualify, and other "bribes", but it's nothing compared to TV money, and the money that they could expect from a European Super League.
It's peanuts.

AT the moment the Premier League is paying out this much...

Really, just look at the figures.
This, by the way, is my real persona posting.

I won't be watching any European Super League even if Arsenal are in it. I won't be paying anything to watch it and in fact have started cutting back on paying for some of the current coverage.

I was cheering for Juventus but you gotta admit Mourinho. He pulls wins out of his Arsenal when you think he's down and out. Ferguson did that on the regular of which I still hate him for it but grudgingly admire 'Fergie time'.

I take solace in the likelihood Man Utd will go nowhere in the competition and I'll have fun seeing them lose, hopefully to a club well below them in stature.

City not playing by the rules you say Babu? And in other news, water is wet.
At this point I think City and Tottenham will win a CL before we do. 50/50 chance on the latter. Assuming their stadium brings in big money and they can compete on par with us and other big clubs for top players.
Interesting that Poc has not won a thing there but getting them regular CL football is as good as a trophy for now I think (although some would disagree). I think if you asked any spuds supporter would you rather win the league cup or be in the CL proper regularly, 5 years ago, most would take CL football, especially if it meant finishing above us.

How do you know if you genuinely have blocked everyone who's likely to disagree with you? Personally I think the large majority of the people here who may disagree with you are polite.

A yellow needs to be dished. The Sporting players are not sporting at all.

I think the standing defender did a deliberate knock at Welbeck's foot, as he was going down.

They should replay it. I believe that was what happened. It was like kicking at speed onto a standing steel pole. The Sporting players are making niggly fouls but the ref is not calling them out.

If Welbeck is out for a long time I think we need to buy a replacement in January. None of this nonsense we did before where we sat on our hands and jut waited for the injured player to come back - Welbeck isn’t our player in 8 months so go and buy his replacement in jan.
It is too much to have just Lacazette and Aubameyang as senior strikers for the rest of the season. We need the versatility of a player who can play wide in a front 3 or play the lone striker role

The best thing for Welbeck is that is just a simple break of the leg - in comparison to other serious injuries it could be. He could be back in 2 months with a leg break. If it’s knee, ankle or ligaments it is usually a lot longer than a ‘normal’ break

Seen an image of the Welbeck injury. His ankle is turned the opposite direction. Broken or dislocated or both for sure. I think that is a season ender

Guendouzi just gave Nani a fair whack. Nani deserved it.
Lichtsteiner chasing a ball pulled up lame, Nani picked up the ball and we know you play to the whistle but when you’ve seen your opponent pull up as Lichtsteiner had to you put it out, you know he isn’t faking it, you don’t go and dribble and attack the space he’s now left

I like the new Ramsey. He is bringing the ball forward more than sideway and back passes nowadays. Coached or instructed byEmery to play this way?

Totally dominated but only 2 shots on target. Final ball or final shot has been quite poor today. Too many skied crosses or shots

Red card for their Cb. Clear one, Aubameyang sniffed out a back pass and was quicker and in on the gk and was surged down, unfortunately for us just outside the penalty area. 3 mins and a dangerous free kick

Ramsey with so many chances to cross, goes on a lazy run and tries a 1 in 10 trick, goes out for a goal kick. Playing 10 men you have to load the box, make them defend it you’ll more than likely just recycle it straight back in there

After praising him, he decided to make that bad foray in the penalty area. Pass it in!
