Think we can win tonight. Not saying we will - the odds are against us with our defence - but we have some great attacking players and we will make chances. If it's a good night we will convert a couple and then I could see a 2-1.

Best thing is I unambiguously want us to win this. Wenger is gone so that's not an issue, would be great to be starting with new manager and CL football next season.

Really up for the game which is first time in ages. The tie is level. Everything to play for. Even the most bitter anti-Wengerist must be a bit excited.

70-30 against us I would say but it's a cup-tie so we've got a chance.

If money really is as tight as being reported (although he I find it absurd that we might only have £50m to spend) then players like Meyer for free and Evans for £3m become fairly essential to enable us to splash out on top quality.

Ospina, Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal; Xhaka, Ramsey; Wilshere, Özil, Welbeck; Lacazette.

Wenger goes for experience.

Optimism says Ramsey will be the hero.

Realism says a defensive cock-up will kill us at some point

Atletico playing a midfielder at RB, and second choice LB. we must attack the wide areas. The emergency RB will naturally stick close to his CB pair so there should be space out on our left wing

Most would've wanted to see Mkhitaryan start, but I guess it would be a gamble considering he just came back from injury. We know Welbeck will put in a shift. Big game needed from Koscielny and Mustafi, they let us down badly last time.

Very tough match coming up for us. Kos & Mustafi against Greissman and Costa, doesn't give me any confidence our 2 defenders will come out on top. Athletico definitely has a proper strategy or two against our soft belly and weak defence.

Must be bad for it to go that easily. Hope it's not career threatening.

When Bellerin crosses the road, he ends up in the next town.

We've had 2 good chances let down by final balls.

That corner nearly took as long as Koscielny's injury.

Bellerin in acres of space when we attack.

It’s driving me mad. Only close ups during throw ins. It’s like being high up at Villa Park.

Bellerin's weight of pass is abysmal for a professional footballer

I don’t know what I’ll be more glad to see the back off when wenger goes, the continued brain farts in defence or the complete reluctance to shoot when in decent positions

Ridiculous referee. Jack takes the first yellow after one of theirs cleans up Lacazette with a tackle from behind.

Wilshere got that yellow for his mouth earlier.

Bellerin's positioning and awareness is abysmal for a professional footballer.

Bellerin is a *%^@*** muppet.

What was he thinking. He's probably just cost Arsenal the tie.
