What on earth is so difficult about it? Klopp has apparently been in charge at Liverpool for 38 league games now, and I saw a table put together to primarily show how Liverpool had done under him by putting all the teams (except promoted/relegated sides as they won't have played 38 Premiership games over that period) in order according to points won and goal difference over the last 38 games. Liverpool come fifth, but it showed Tottenham are top over the last 38 games. Hence if the season had started when Klopp was appointed, Tottenham would have won the title. I thought that probably supports Pete's reply that Tottenham are a real threat, in response to American's question whether they should be seen as one or not.

In my final sentence of that post I should have put "supports Pete's response to a post by American about Tottenham" rather than 'to American', by I don't know why that makes it so much harder to understand.

Coq has been magnificent first half.

Terrible defensive display. Ludo have been through on goal 3 or 4 times. Really poor.

City lose 4-0 can't be good for their confidence. Aguero dropped/rested another hiccup for Pep.

Another thing I said was we could well be top when we meet Spuds, if Saints keep up their good defensive play it could well happen. Then onwards and upwards.
