Won’t be fashionable to say this but when he did touch it he wasted every piece of possession, could find a man at all.

Didn't look ready for the first team.

I came to the conclusion that I had been expecting too much of him. A bit like I did with Bendtner when he came through.

Honestly I was trying not to say that but that was exactly what I was thinking.

Chance for Xhaka, free shot from 15 yards on the angle on his left, can't keep it down. We must do more with these chances

Leno was impeded. Why is it not a foul?

letting a long throw bounce in our box - atrocious.

By the way - the brentford player has Leno's arm in an arm lock to pin him on the spot and stop him coming for the ball. It is mayhem in the box and we're not going to get a call like that but Leno is being fouled

Only positive I can think of is that it makes it all the much clearer that we need changes. Only signing Ødegaard won't solve this.

Sorry Haz, but no. Just weak play by Leno and the defenders.

In those situations Leno is too weak, and coupled with our defenders lacking strength and nous other teams will take advantage.

Leno should be much, much more assertive and aggressive there.

Saka and Tierney are our only players who can adapt to the flow of the game and influence it most the time.

It’s just abysmal and what is even more irritating is that Ødegaard won’t change this because we had similar games with him in the side last year.

Surely that was crystal clear a long time ago. It is pretty much the same team as last year. White for Luiz, Lokonga for Ceballos.

The squad needed a complete revolution

The thing is, even if we don't let those goals in it's a draw against a much weaker opponent. We look like we could play for hours without scoring.

If that was Mustafi instead of White then the abuse would be pouring in.

And yet another defensive horror show from their corner. Got away with it.

Tierney has hit four or five good crosses, but only one has resulted in something resembling a chance. So little movement in the box, nobody attacking the ball.

We’re just not tough enough, and haven’t been for a long time.

White isn’t the type of player that’s going to change that.

Just shown the second goal again. Leno is only being impeded because he allowed himself to be.

Not tough enough.

No he isn't. Bellerin is and always has been a better fullback than Chambers. But he is another who has fallen foul of the Arteta treatment.

He doesn’t want to be at Arsenal and hasn’t before Arteta even arrived. Rationality is required

It's a foul. It's a clear foul. It could not be more clearer. This is what VAR is for.

There must be certain players in this Arsenal squad who must be thoroughly fed up with the lack of quality around them.
We look desperate for 4-5 players to come right in the starting 11.

The biggest frustration again is we find ourselves with most of the ball but can't match the energy, workrate and athletic capacity of the opposition. Liverpool and City dominate possession but hound the opposition all day long

Bellerin is capable of better moments but is equally as capable of messing things up. Chambers is a more dependable defender
