Jon Moss, you are useless.
Player kicks the ball against his standing foot from the pen. Jon Moss hasn’t got a clue what to do and give sthe goal.
What was the point in talking to his linesman.

Arsenal deserve nothing from this game. We’ve conceded 4 against an average championship team but how is Jon Moss a referee at the top level. Let alone apply the rules correctly he doesn’t even know the rules.

Only going to give wenger more fuel for his conspiracy theory

Got up because i could not sleep. 50 minutes gone at the time. Wee bit of trouble.

Let me say that this game appears to be Holdings , Gallas moment.

Still time if we actually played. Not say Wellbeck goal it should be an own goal. He was shooting wide.

I don't care what you say Forest have been really poor lately and to ship 4 goals to them is terrible.

It’s not clear that it’s a double kick. It’s not clear that it should have been a penalty. We just seem to be in a rut of the benefit of the doubt always going against us.

We are still moving so slow despite playing against 10 men and with the clock running down. Really lacks urgency

Only 4 mins of added time. Haha. It should be double that.

This has been a joke from start to finish. Someone please come and save our club. I don’t care if we don’t win anything for a while, just show me something different and some ambition

Wenger ranting about refs the other day probably hasn't helped.

VAR is needed ASAP. The spin on the ball shows it was a clear double kick.

So the entire result will be blamed on the double hit and the regional inconsistency of referees.

Also if Wenger was on the touchline kicking every ball and urging us forward like he usually does we would have won

He’s a whinging moaning git who gets on people’s nerves. I can quite imagine officials sticking it to him.

Well if that, combined with missing the top 4 doesn't finish Wenger off, nothing will.

Just when you think we have seen our worse, we slump even further down. Wenger is sinking this club in double quick time.

I agree it is not clear it was a double kick. Forest don't even have a permanent manager FFS.

The penalty is not an excuse. They were 2 goals ahead of us. Nothing to say Ospina would have saved the retake if it was a double kick. There are no excuses for playing like this. But the manager started making them before we even left London.

Not true. If he kicked it twice then it should be a free kick to us.

Didn't know that. That means that when Pires & Henry did that pen cock up, the ref then gave the opposition a free-kick for a double touch (which wasn't actually one anyway).

We still would have needed to score another goal in only 9 minutes and deserved to lose as we were shocking :1laughter:

By building a succession plan the club have been removing the need to keep him. Gazidis wants him gone. The only question is will he last the two years or go this summer?

Watch how the controversy over the 4th penalty is used to obscure the fact that we were 3-2 down (after a fortunate second goal) with under ten minutes remaining because Wenger thinks defending isn't the fun part of the game.

As for declining standards:
Nottingham Forest are the first team from a lower division to score 4+ goals against Arsenal in an #FACup tie

By all means pick a weakened side but have some of the big boys on the bench for goodness sake.

We had no defence and no attack and the midfield was no great shakes either.

Yes you are correct it would be our free. If people expect the VAR to solve these problems they will be very disappointed.

We have Chelsea in a 2 legged league cup tie now. Wengers rubbish at those and we will surely lose. There will be serious pressure on him if that happens.

Back to bed. 4am here. My team did me proud.

The only questions I have is when do Walcott and Wenger leave. They can share a cab.

I’ve already offered Walcott a lift; I can easily squeeze another one in

What kids? Ospina Mert, El Neny, Walcott, Welbeck, Debuchy are all experienced internationals. We were not good enough because there was no drive or desire as their has not been in many games this season. That is 100% the managers fault.
