Ødegaard is our stand out player. Saka continously fouled and cant do much.
We are controlling the match. Cut out the dumb mistakes at the back please.

Is he? Would you be saying that if he hadn’t scored?

I think that he’s had a rather underwhelming half. Missing a sitter, horrible pass across our goal, plus several sloppy bits. Saka has been much better (as usual) and Willian is having a good game. Not to mention the awesome Tierney.

We need more goals. 1-0 is technically the weakest win you can get. Get to at least 2 away goals gives a bit more breathing space for the home leg.

Yeah it was a good strike, but it came right at him and from the replay it didn't seem to bend all that much either. Think he was just caught off guard and misjudged it, not the worst mistake I've seen but you want your keeper to stop those at this level.

To me it looks like the GK tries to make the save more spectacular than it needs to be by throwing his whole body in the air and trying to punch up a hand to flick it over. The boring way to save it would be to get your entire body upright and inline with the ball and put both arms straight up and held firm

I think he was moving to his left and was a little off balance when the ball came at him.

I’d be interested to see a player cam on Partey. He seems invisible:

Blimey.

What a farce we can be at times.

What is Leno doing there? Why after last weekend?

That is down to Leno.

I’m sure when Arteta says play the ball out from the back, he doesn’t mean we should give goals away every friggin time.

This is getting ridiculous now. The only way we're losing games and conceding goals right now is our own stupidity

These goals presented to the opposition are coming thick and fast at the moment. Very, very poor indeed.

A game we are mainly in control of, and Leno plays it to someone with 3 players around him.

Come on Bernd, you’re better than that ffs

We've been doing really well playing out from the back for a pretty long time now, certainly much imrpoved compared to under Emery. But these last few games have been ridiculous, the only chances Olympiakos have had today are complete gifts from us from positions that weren't even dangerous.

It’s absolute suicide. I do wonder if our central defenders should be owning the process a bit more. Ie screaming at the keeper don’t do that you *%^@

To me, definitely Leno's fault. Why pass it there?

Ødegaard off, Emile Smith Rowe on.

Apart from the goal, he’s been pretty ineffective imo

That game against Leicester did a world of good for Willian, completely different player since then

Actually in all seriousness Martinelli might be an actual option

Chuck a total wildcard in there to see what happens because this looks a draw all day long

It’s not just the cluster *%^@ brain fart moment that concedes the goal.

It’s the shell shocked period after when they are obviously feeling sorry for themselves.

I don't mind the play out from the back policy. No top team just hoofs it every time, but use your brain and don't stick to it if it isn't on.

We're playing these passes in to central areas with players facing their own goal which is naturally where the opposition is congregated and where we're in the most danger if we lose it. The GK shouldn't be playing these passes and the central midfielders need to learn they cannot take two touches on that pass - it should be automatic, the communication should be there as well to tell them it needs to be a 1 touch pass.

There’s not really anyone on our team, with the possible exception of KT, who have got any fire in their belly.

Where are the Lehmanns, the Vieiras, the Adams who would grab their teammates by the throat and shake them out of their complacency?

It is exactly what we needed to do because of this sort of nonsense that we're capable of.
So not jumping the gun in terms of being cocky that we'd go on and win by more, more pre-empting the stupidity costing us if we didn't build on our lead.

Well, seems like there's a triple substitution so I take my previous coming back. And Gabriel just scored
