Mad game. We were utterly abysmal for 30mins and then Chelsea decided that they would out do us in the shite defending department.

It looks like someone dropped a box of scrabble.

What a strange half of football. First 30 minutes we were atrocious. Defending like a pub team, couldn't hold on to the ball for ten seconds, apart from two sitters that were really gifted to us we didn't create much in terms of attack. Then we suddenly grew into the game and the last ten minutes we were cutting them apart. Not often you see a team have a poor first half in which they should've scored five goals.

Weird thing is we could still win this, because Chelsea look just as vulnerable as we do. We could win 5-2 or lose 5-2 and none of those results would be shocking.

Phew! good to see decisive and fluid attacking moves from the team. The first goal happened when Aubameyang pressured them at the front. He refused to let them move the ball upfield. Loose ball, we took over, a few decisive forward passes and then a goal. That's the Arsenal we have been missing for a long time. We have the initiative now, let's not loose it. The team has regained belief and confidence.

Total bollox defending. Luck to get away with that.

With the ‘quality’ of our defence this playing out from the back is high risk for no reward. Get better players, improve the ones that we have - or ditch it.
