As I said. Happy to be proved wrong.

Lucky goal but who cares about that.

Mkhitaryan cross goes beyond everyone and in to the corner. He wasn’t shooting it’s just a fantastic ball and impossible to defend.

There needs to be at least 8 mins added time. This injury happened with 3 mins of normal time left and we are past the 90 now

Only 5 given. Pathetic

How on earth has he decided only 5 mins.
6 subs and 2 lengthy injuries. Comma say injury was 3 mins long. So basically the 4th official believes that the entire 2nd half is just 2 mins injury time

We did not deserve anything from this game. Wolves deserved more. The team strode out thinking they can stroll to 3 points. And one stupid lapse meant we were on the backfoot throughout the game. Xhaka needs to stop being a dunce.

Arsenal lucky to get a point. Wolves finally get some reward for their performance levels having been cheated against Spurs last week.

Atwell really is a poor ref though. Glad he had no big decisions to make - another who either has no game understanding or is obsessed with game management. He got so many little things wrong today, some in Arsenal's favour, and was utterly inconsistent throughout.

Bit like Kolasinac at left back....

Woeful woeful woeful. Feel sorry for wolves, they didn’t really have to play well, we did our best to hand them the easiest away win to a big team they’ll ever have. Wolves had the 2 best chances after we got it back to 1-1. Arsenal totally lacking any shape or discipline at any point of the game.

That was as bad as anything wenger served up. Everyone bar Leno should hang their head in shame at that performance. No tempo, no quality, no urgency, no care, no effort, no work rate.

You can accept a poor performance against great teams but not against team who give you 80% of the ball and you do nothing with it.

Awful in defence, awful in midfield and awful in attack. Some of the chances spurned were terrible.

A fair result in that game would have been 2-4 wolves

Pathetic performance, lucky equaliser. I think after such a fantastic, if somewhat fortuitous, run of wins we are beginning to see some cracks emerging again.

I reckon we are four players short of even beginning to think about challenging for major offers. I hope we make a January signing, the sooner we add quality the better.

I quite like Holding but he really does struggle against pacy forwards. It looked like he was running in treacle when the Wolves lad sprinted past him and in on goal.

I hope Emery digs hard at the players. Frustrating and disappointing, especially after the glowing reviews from the Pool game.

Tbf that guy is super fast. On another occasion he closed down on Bellerin very quickly...

We still need a midfielder like Ramsey who would go beyond the striker/s... the corner that led to our goal was after the Ramsey's chance. Xhaka, Torreira and Guendouzi and even Özil and Mkhitaryan hardly make such runs.

How quick was Leno to come out and close down Tralee once he’d turned inside Holding and looked certain to score. He made some good saves but that was the most encouraging bit from Leno because it is about decision making in huge moments in games. If he hesitates, Tralee scores with ease

We need a proper wideman.......pacy and skilful who can go past players and open up space. Possession football is fine up to a point, as we saw in the last decade of Wenger, but you need to be able to break down a massed defence and a dribbler who can take players out of the game is the ideal way to get in behind.

To be fair, Adama Traore is one the quickest footballers in the world - makes Theo look slow. But yes, he does need pace alongside him

Maybe I’m underestimating how easy it is just to get the team playing at a good tempo but pep and Klopp seem to be able to get their teams at it more often than not. Most of our second half performances have the right tempo but hardly any of our first half performances.

Too often we struggle to move the ball through the back 4 to midfield and up to the front men. Its down to is not enough movement, not moving the ball quickly enough and not pushing the ball more direct down in to the channels. If teams play a high press the space is always more direct in the channels.

Did either of them do it within a year of joining their respective clubs?

I missed the game today but have thought for some time that we are desperate for a winger in the squad someone like a Zaha who can run at opposing full backs and cause panic. I don’t think we are creating enough chances and playing Aubameyang and Lacazette together seems to reduce the amount of chances we create because your sacrificing some creativity for proliferacy in front of goal.

I think we have to accept that even a top four finish this season is going to be one heck of an uphill struggle. Some of our players are simply not at the level we need and unless Emery has got some sort of magic wand and can give players greater athleticism, pace or better awareness etc then it is unlikely they will ever be at the level we need.

Our run of results have papered over some of the obvious cracks but eventually those cracks will be exposed again.

Today Leno saved from a beating at home against a team that have just been promoted!

Probably not but to just get the team to do it once would be a start

Strange that the team was resorting back to Wenger's style of play. It was very frustrating to watch. Aubameyang hardly ran with the ball. He seems to be hiding from receiving the balls.

Aubameyang is supposed to be that man. What is up with him these days? His form dropped after winning the EPL player award. Fault lines with Emery?

I think for that game a few of the players might have had Welbecks near career ending injury only a few days ago on their minds still.

:1laughter: Oh my God what a flaky suggestion . It's not like your mother or your father died .

Here's our problem UNTIL ...we stop f*** around at the back , countless passes back to the goalkeeper WE ARE ALWAYS going to struggle .

The outfield have to be told pick a f***&^% pass , more movement upfront and attack EARLIER .

With the odd exception we are still playing a slightly improved version of WengerBall . I wish we had lost today to wake up some of these overpaid underperforming pansies .
