A) I don't expect Arsenal to win
B) I don't actually give a *%^@ if they do or not.

I don't know which is the saddest A) or B).

I hope they win cos I've foolishly included them in my acca today.

Maybe kiwi, though I read he is a committed right wing Republican. Myself, I think the trophy hunting thing is more distasteful than his political viewpoints.

Make of that what you will, although the Telegraph may have a bit more credibility in its transfer gossip than the Sun and such like.

I’ve never understood the notion that Arsenal can’t work on two transfers at the same time?! If we want Aubameyang and Malcom then just split your time and negotiation, we surely don’t need to be sat round a table 24 hours a day with Aubameyang and his representatives

According to Ornstein we dropped our interest because we didn't think he was worth what Bordeaux was asking. I guess that's a fair enough judgment call to make, but if he goes to Tottenham we'll see if it was the right decision. Hope we have our eyes set on some young top class talents for the summer at least.

Alexis Sanchez set for medical at Man United after dramatic late-night breakthrough in transfer saga

Mirror Sport understands that Sanchez got a call and said goodbye to his team mates just before 11pm on Friday night and left the team hotel

If we’re looking at CB I wouldn’t mind us looking at Harry Maguire at Leicester. When he broke on the scene with Hull I just thought he was another lumbering off of an English centre back straight out of the John Terry chest beating school. However, having watched him more closely in games for Leicester I’ve been impressed, obviously has a formidable stature with height and strength but he also has a good turn of pace, is decent with the ball at his feet and is a serious threat from set pieces. Young, English and seems like he has leadership qualities, he’s held the Leicester defence together on his own at times.

I bet he’s at a top 6 club within 2 seasons

Great news about Sanchez. I really think Henrik, easiest name, is going to be a hit for us.

The earlier his start the better. I'd love to see him start against Chelsea.

Has anybody got spare tickets they want to get rid of. I have mine but bro in law needs some for guests from Nippon land.

No Ramsey at all today. Attacking options looking very thin
Čech, Bellerin, Monreal, Kos, mustafi, Xhaka, elneny, Wilshere, Özil, iwobi, Lacazette.
Bench: Ospina, per, chambers, Kolasinac, AMN, Nelson, Nketiah

Looks like a 4-3-3 or 4-3-2-1

Wenger talks up being able to be flexible in formations as a great thing but for me it is a cover that he doesn’t really have a clue and is just scrambling around for any positive

Added a few shortcuts :

Typing the letters ' a u b ' together will give : Aubameyang

Typing the letters ' m k ' together will get you : Mkhitaryan

Looking at his goal stats, 2012/13 apart, he's more of a replacement for Walcott than Sanchez. Maybe he'll blossom under Wenger.

Couldn't he be a Cazorla replacement?

Monreal got free from a corner, easy header from 6 yards.

1-9 to the arsenal. Really want a Lacazette goal today, he needs one

Lacazette deadly finish. You wouldn’t have thought he was down on his confidence.

Brilliant move with Wilshere and a back flick from Özil to find Lacazette

Palace are stunned. So nice to see some much more direct play. Wilshere drives things forward but now has Özil to bounce things off on his wave length.

This has been perfect from arsenal so far
