All starts with Havertz intercepting a pass

Saka twists his defender inside out and bends it in the bottom corner. Class

Saka has been just sensational tonight. Well-deserved goal.

Goal and an assist for Havertz now. Gradually proving the critics wrong

What must teams think. We press teams in to suffocation, we attack them relentlessly with outrageous skill and movement and then when they finally get a breather and a chance to reset from a set piece we are absolutely ruthless from those as well!

Never thought I'd see the day when our corners were a legit threat. I wasn't around for the pre Wenger days. I imagine the famous back 4 were decent at it

6-0, 5-0….4-0 today. Do we hold off to keep the pattern, or go for 6 and a different kind of pattern

Lumbering Dan Burn coming on at left back to mark Saka - bet he’s glad of that

Sure enough Dan Burn’s first involvement is a foul on Saka

Emile Smith Rowe, Nketiah and Nelson on

Ødegaard, Havertz and Saka off. Such luxury to be able to take our best players off

Jorginho is the oldest but I'd like to see Rice with the armband when Ødegaard was subbed off.

The added bonus of these huge scorelines is seeing Reiss-Nelson, Smith-Rowe and others get a decent amount of minutes.

Newcastle have deserved this for November. A travesty of a game where thugs were allowed to rule the roost, and a 1 in a million goal with 4 possible var decisions.

Lapse of concentration
Emile Smith Rowe didn't follow Willock

Elneny on for Jorginho. Gabriel now captain.

Jorginho absolutely superb once again. Great ovation from the crowd. Must still stick in Chelsea fans throats they let him go when they thought he was past it

Including the own goal today I think that’s 9 different goalscorers in our last 3 games

We’re averaging more than 4 goals per game in our last 6. Average conceded is 0.5 goals.

Get the injured players back and bring on that City game

I used to be worried about Jorginho in the lineup early on with us because he's slow. He's proven me wrong. He's very aware. Fabregas lacked pace as well but his awareness was on another level.

A clean sheet would have been nice but happy for Willock. We could have had 5 or 6. I didn't think it was going to be this easy.

With Europe in our legs it was a brave move to decide to try to win that game in 45 minutes. The intensity was incredible with just 2 full days rest

3 of Arteta’s most recent signings who had question marks about them have been brilliant recently. Raya, Havertz and Kiwior.

The talent ID spotting from Edu and Arteta has been incredible for years now

Steady on Rich. If Everton get their points deduction overturned, they could catch us. :icon_mrgreen:

16 goals for Saka, the most he’s had in a season….and for a decent period of this season it felt like he wasn’t on his best form. His ceiling is sky high

Is there another player in the league who can play both as an attacking 8 and a central striker? Earlier in the season there was a big question mark on Havertz, he didn’t seem to effect games enough but at the moment both on and off the ball he’s proving them wrong.

Yeah late kick offs are great ! :14laughter:

Lovely performance today, many good performances but for me I thought Havertz was superb. Won many aerial duels, held the ball up well, pressed. I even forgive him for missing that sitter my nan would have scored.

Reminded me of Alan smith. He makes the team better and whilst he’s not the most clinical finisher you can forgive him as he has a lot to his game.
