Sell any players we can now, don’t give wenger a penny to spend. Play the youth team, finish 10th, sack wenger on the last day of the season, have a quality replacement lined up and ready to go and give I’m £200m to rebuild.

That is a sensible plan!

Watching that performance makes me realise keeping Sanchez and Özil for half a season was the correct decision. It kept us out of a relegation fight.

Look at how we lost that match, average players put us under actually very little pressure but we still have them two goals.

Before he game I predicted only 3 shots on target for arsenal. 3 it was

We have better players than Bournemouth though....and Forest. To me it looks like a team with no direction. There is absolutely nothing decisive about them. Always taking an extra touch, stuttering in possession and disorganised when we don't have the ball. There is no belief there either. This is the worst we have been in a very very long time.

Well...since February & March last year! Apart from that I agree with everything you say. This is a team totally lacking in 'automatic'.

It's why I believe it won't take much to get a big improvement once a new manager comes in. It is really really poor from Wenger that he has utterly failed to sort out central midfield since Cazorla got injured.

Sorely tempted tempted to use the search facility on the forum and go through the things people have said about Xhaka last week.

Stuff like ......

"He must be good Bayern Munich tried to sign him yunno "

That type of stuff. Look at the second goal dickheads

The only thing that stops me being totally depressed is that Gazidis has finally got the succession plan in motion.

Gazidis obviously has zero influence in what happens to wenger though. He’s here for another 18 months, and I fully expect him to be given another 2 years by kronke after that. I haven’t seen or heard any evidence to the contrary

I doubt he will get a new contract, all the maneuvers around Wenger suggest IG is succession planning, albeit 2 or 3 years too late. I also think the club will have real trouble filling the Emirates next season if this downward spiral continues, how many empty seats have there been this season?, and that is with two 'star' players still around. I genuinely think it is getting to the point where there will be unsold season tickets.

It is getting very embarrassing for the club now and sponsors will not be very impressed, I would not be surprised if he left this summer unless he can pull something out of the bag such as the Europa league, but with current form, defending and players leaving the odds have never been so stacked against him.

Saw it reported that we are 5 points behind spurs, I am shocked that we are even that close when you look at how we have played this season

Ox has just fired Liverpool in to the lead. Well done on having some ambition and getting as far away from arsenal and wenger as you can. Great move!

Does anyone know of any Arsenal fans who think should be in charge next season? Not heard anyone say it in months...

Yes, good move for him. Wenger was wasting him on the bench. But only started to play him more regularly after learning he might leave. Wenger gambled late and lost.

Ever decreasing list and the issue a lot of people want Wenger gone regardless of who comes in Ames that question hard to answer. I quite like Wagner though.

Direct and accurately assessed. Soon it be all about the Top 5. We will no longer be spoken in the same breath with them.

You meant 100 times the manager Wenger is?

Are there any fans that still respect wenger? There was a time when a lot of fans wanted him gone but said he should be allowed to go with respect.
I personally would much rather he was sacked tomorrow than he walked tomorrow. It would show some balls at board level at least

Notice how ox’s corner taking has improved loads. Maybe Liverpool have made him practice them and told him if he’s rubbish at them in games he won’t take them. Novel approach

City down 3 - 1.

Isn't anyone else concerned that City is going to go undefeated the entire season ?

That Gullim Balague is tweeting aubameyang has been left out of the Dortmund squad as he is close to signing for us.

This is a new one, would make no sense as it's probably the only position we have a decent player in. We need defenders midfielder and wingers

Robertson at left back has had a terrific game, and has been good for a while. Signed for peanuts from Hull, was a good player in a rubbish team but nothing suggested he was good enough for Liverpool. But he’s obviously been coached and knows exactly what his job is.

Lightening quick forward who thrives on quick through balls to use his pace and finishing ability. If he comes to us expect to see him stuck out on the left wing trading 5 yard passes with Kolasinac
