Endo should be on a final warning, already booked, Ødegaard turned him and he deliberately fouled him. In terms of stopping a dangerous attack it’s no more different than Saka or Havertz yellows

What type of boots are we wearing? Our players keep falling over themselves.

Why are we giving so much space in the box?

Coming out of this with a draw would be nice.

Salah booked for the protest but the foul was a yellow based on what Saka and Havertz were booked for

Every time Pool players goes down, it is a foul. But not the other way around.

To be fair, Liverpool were the better team in the 2nd half and if there was a winner, they're more likely to have won it.

We have to be better on shots on goal. A couple clear chances on goal and we didn't get it on target even on the preferred foot like Zinchenko skying it.

Always take a point at Anfield. But we were pretty decent.

Ugh. Shite game. Martinelli gets about a 4 from me. Soboszlai doubling up on him, think that reflects how scared they were of him, but he juts made poor decisions and showed poor touch for the entirety of the game.

Decent result obviously and with perspective I’ll be glad, but this was all here for us to make a statement. Zinchenko wasn’t good at the thing he’s supposed to be good at and he was bad at the defending.

As am I. We finished the stronger without being dominant. The ref was fairly even handed so I wasn't bothered we'd get a homer decision. On the whole it's a good sign when you bet battered but come outside stronger in the 2nd half. To be honest I think Liverpool aren't as good as I thought they were.

Liverpool 13 fouls 2 yellows
Arsenal 12 fouls 5 yellows

Then think of all the ones he played advantage for us and some clear fouls not given like that late one on White.

Overall the ref was ok, but getting your opponents on yellows is key. Our entire midfield got yellows for things Liverpool were just given free kicks for. It affects the ability to press hard or commit to a tackle. It really does change a lot in a match.

After 30 minutes I thought the ref was particularly weak and vowed to the home crowd far too much. I can totally accept the Saka and Havertz yellows if Liverpool were treated the same for identical fouls. The Nketiah and White yellows were a total joke - at that point the ref was giving yellow for anything we did. I’m actually amazed he didn’t send Saka off but have no doubt if it was Havertz then he would have gone for that same incident

When Timber is healthy I want to see him at RB for White. White has one move: pass to Saka. Sometimes he does well on the overlap with a cross but that's standard for any decent full back. The little I've seen of Timber he's better on the ball and more of a threat going forward.

Why we started Zinchenko against Salah is beyond me. If you're going to do that, he'll need help.
