Aubameyang’s much vaunted and requested move into the middle hasn’t yielded much at all yet.

We are boring. No first touch football and nothing incisive about our off the ball movement when in possession. We are too defensive.

Let’s see him get some do the chances Lacazette has been missing, that will be the nub of it.

Agreed, but he needs to do more himself.

There is a stat for the percentage of possession that ends up with the ball progressing in to the final 3rd, Arsenal are second last for that stat in the league - only ahead of Newcastle. Surely you must look at whatever it is we're trying to do and realise it isn't working, stop keeping to try the same thing, quite simply if you can't even get the ball in to the final 3rd how do you expect to win games?

I find the whole thing bizarre, how can we have purchased a collection of players who can't even move a ball accurately and quickly in to the final 3rd of the pitch? We're now not even talking about creating chances, its just getting the ball in to the final 3rd!

Nelson on, Willian off.

That steak must have been laying heavy on his stomach. Bae.

Effing stupid Pépé. You complete moron. How would you expect to get away with such as that?

£72m worth of stinking poo.

For ***** sake! The Leeds player made the most of it but don't give the ref a decision to make.

I’d be amazed if that wasn’t the case under Wenger too, in his latter years anyway. It was the way Wenger set the team up to play, just like in my view it’s how Arteta has set his team up to play.

What was the initial contact he was reacting to? Just a tackle or what?

£76 million.

Utter and useless waste of space.

Not good enough on any level for Arsenal

Diabolical

Talk about the last thing we needed. Absolutely ludicrous. Should be docked a weeks wages.

I don't see anything but a draw at best out of this match. Second, I wonder how Arteta will react to it later on? Will it affect his place?

That's it for me. Endured a toothless first half from Arsenal. And now, this complete stupidity from Pépé. Rather go to sleep instead.

Arteta's Arsenal is becoming very stale. Sadly :1cry:

Double that up to almost 60 (assuming that Aubameyang ‘effort’ counts as an effort on target).

Well can't complain. It's at a draw now. :14laughter:

Pépé didn’t even look bothered when he left the pitch. Just a sort of “oh well” reaction.

And the after match will all be about he’s been hard done to, and his teammates will commiserate with him. High fives all round.

Instead of what should happen; grab him by the throat and tell him how sh*te he is.

Part of me wants Leeds to score.

Would be harsh on Leno but this level of incompetence needs highlighting and consequences. This has been a ridiculous display

Weirdly, given his penchant for diving in, he seems to be chickening out of tackles.

We’ve been beyond ridiculous

Willian and Pépé an absolute disgrace today

Xhaka and ceballos, just utterly average. Totally useless. Those 2 idiots couldn't manage a kinder egg between them.

Willock just invisible,

Bellerin can’t impose himself.

Leno, Gabriel and Tierney. The rest have been a disgrace. Total garbage

Arteta is no dummy. He can see the problems. The question is whether he can solve them. The goodwill he’s built up is ebbing away but unless we nosedive down the table he has to be given time to sort it out, unless a much better manager becomes available.
