See many say you don’t hire Conte if you don’t back him in the market, firstly he’s had £220m, and secondly how can you position yourself as an elite manager if the only way you work is to get bundles of money and basically just rely on having the best players? Coaching? Tactics? Improving players? Bringing through youth? Long term vision and philosophy?
