We should have had better shots on goal by now.

So foul on the gk….but yet look back at the goal villa scored from the corner where their man was fouling Ransdale far more than that.

That is not a clear and obvious error. Shouldn’t be a var review.

The keeper's free hand was more than enough and he made a mess of it. Oh well.

Utterly biased. Foul on Saka in the r box far more than anything white did on their gk. No penalty from var.

I’m seething yet again with the one sided nature of officials decisions.

Consistency has to happen in games. Give both or give neither

The refs are *%^@*** useless. All of them

This is unconscious match fixing

Remember var saw nothing wrong with this, no foul on the gk despite both arms wrapped around him and stopping him moving

I’m so tired of feeling we have to beat 12 men every week. The law of averages would say we get the odd one in our favour, we get nothing. The list of pathetic var calls against us this season is getting ridiculous

Rubbish. Clear foul.

If anything the Leicester defender has more contact on his gk than White.

If that is the standard for a defending free kick then no one would ever score a goal from a corner.

Once again you can dive in to the rule book and justify a reason for it to be disallowed but it is again us being judged to the absolute letter of the law when everyone else is seemingly given tolerance and leeway

Rubbish. Clear foul.

Like I said if you decide white’s is a foul then that’s the bar you’re setting for fouls in the box, then Saka’s has to be a penalty

No way is that decision getting made at the other end. No way

Just as much contact on saka in the box

Martinelli booked. Let’s see Pawson keep up that benchmark for yellow cards for Leicester players. Goodness me

Mark Chapman on 5live summing it up really well.

We were told the threshold was high and we were not going to re-referee games, but that was a clear case of trying to find a reason to disallow a goal rather than adhering to the directive of clear and obvious error.

Then if you decide that is your standard then why on earth is Saka not given a penalty.

They mockingly laugh at the inconsistency but if it was genuinely inconsistent then we’d get some bad decisions in our favour

Not a single goal in all 4 matches at half time. What are the odds for that?

Nketiah to come on, in the second half? Sub Martinelli out. Leave Troussard on.

Not a foul apparently

You have to wonder if there is some backlash from the referees given it was our match that got their mate Lee Mason sacked.

The list of awful decisions on goals and penalties this season is beyond bad luck or coincidence. Subconscious bias is definitely at play for me

I would say I don’t think I’ve seen a clearer pen all season, but then I’ve remembered plenty others we’ve been denied.

If forwards get reputations for going down easily then defenders should have reputations for grappling and holding instead of just going for the ball

Looks like a bad injury for Martinelli as he scored though. No celebrations, lot of concern

N’didi standing on Martinelli’s knee has he tried to challenge him for the goal. Martinelli now seems to be ok! Phew

That’s a deliberate foul.

Knew exactly what he’s doing. Yellow or red

True, we are yet to see a goal ruled out after the restart in play but there’s always a first and it’s always us to set the precedent

You’d have to question what the punishment would be if that was Martinelli just making a pass in the centre of the pitch?
If you strike a ball at goal you’re fair game it seems

3 fouls 1 yellow
9 fouls 0 yellow

I’ll let you guess which way round that each for the two teams

Gabriel now has his shirt nearly pulled off again but no free kick

Thankful for the win but we need a killer instinct and try for a 2nd goal to kill the game off.
