Looks like we’re included in the ‘nobody’.

3 points would be so great. Especially from where we are right now.

Hi Darren,
That and other factors occurred to me about those two. Especially finances related to Chelsea and Everton. Both are billionaires, so sanctions may not impact club monies too much. No doubt it's a bit of a concern currently to the clubs anyway.

Usmanov doesn’t own an English club, so it’s more a question that’s relevant to Abramovich and Chelsea. Usmanov’s business partner Moshiri owns Everton, but last time I saw an estimate of his wealth he had £2m. A bare pittance compared to City’s Sheikh Mansour, Abramovich and Kroenke. And indeed his business partner Usmanov who doesn’t own an English club.

According to Forbes latest, Usmanov is worth 16.8B. As to Everton, not sure if he still has any monetary interest through his USM Holdings, being it was for naming rights at Everton.

There are games when you can afford a defensive error like the one by Gabriel, but I can't shake the nagging feeling that this isn't one of them

Once again I can’t understand why we didn’t get a penalty after 20 seconds. Difficult for the ref to see at full speed but when it’s slowed down as var would have you can see that semedo gets none of the ball and comes in from the wrong side and then you’re asking why would Martinelli just fall over if he wasn’t touched?

Remember Gabriel was booked in the 60th minute for time wasting at Wolves. They’ve been wasting time since the 25th minute

That amount of contact from white was similar to semedo for the penalty. Middle of the pitch so ref has no problem giving it

The problem is that we don’t build any sustained effective pressure.

It’s not obvious that a goal is only a matter of time. Really just waiting for a moment to two of brilliance out of keeping with the general run of play.

Latest in the line of utterly pathetic free kicks given to Wolves in that sort of position

The obvious dive from Sais when he had no options. What is the linesman flagging at?

Okay I'l take that as a surrender SA 0 NZ 1

Okay on to the game ... maybe our back four might learn to stop passing back to the goalkeeper so goddamn often .

Gee, Lacazette keeps missing. That's not like him.

The usual outrage over not putting the ball out for an injury. Wolves could have put it out themselves, cleared it downfield so why should we put it out, it’s not a head injury.

Another poor shot by Lacazette follows.

This is at least 3 minutes added time on its own for this injury.

I do think we're building up some pressure now, Wolves struggling to get the ball out of their own half. Need to make it count though

It’s a classic example of officials not understanding the game and the mindset of footballers in those positions

Pressure yes. Danger no.

Our playing out from the back is very shaky today.

Read a bit more Ash ...you might find the US isn't quite as saintly as they portray themselves .

Hopeless free kick from Lacazette. He appears to be so desperate to score that he’ll just waste all of our chances.

Pressure yes. Danger no.

17 attempts. 2 on target (and they weren’t threatening anyway).

These longer straighter balls from the centre backs are not the way to get back in this

We’re just far too slow and too pedestrian.

Partey over the bar yet again! I’ve rarely seen a guy get so many chances from range but so rarely hit the target

Sigh. Pépé for Martinelli. And Lacazette remains.
