I can see Zinchenko getting a second yellow tonight. The ref is giving him a going over.

Good move by Arteta to get him off before the ref did.

It was literally about that as well wasn’t it.

No away goals so a draw is a good result here.

By the way that nice Andrew Neil ( who actually used to write articles in The Spectator praising stormtroopers ) used to spout his views while presenting on the BBC

Both barrels of nonsense? What does that look like? Double gibberish?

A draw would be good. Get them back to the Emirates and show them the real Gunners. :58big-emoticons:

Oh well. No serious damage done. A chance for the shadow players to get some game time, and a chance for Arteta to see them in action.

I suppose the question is what sort of a side do we put out against them next week?

The Premier League must remain top priority for those of us who dare to believe/hope.

2-2 away from home in Europe with a new setup isn’t bad.

Let’s look on the bright side.

Maths was never my strength, but I am pretty sure if they won 1-0 they would progress. I don’t know if away goals even count double anymore. Perhaps someone else knows on here.

They were dropped from Champions League and Europa League last season.

Away goals don’t count double which still kinda works in our favour. We should feel comfortable about turning them over and I can see us fielding a strong side.

For once, Chris is right. Why would they need to score 2? (Unless we score 1 or 2?)

But we certainly have to take seriously a Home Secretary who falsely inflates potential asylum seeker figures as a rationale for an Act of Parliament. We should also be very worried by the Prime Minister's acceptance of her "millions" claims. Lineker is the least of our problems in this issue.

I agree. But I hope we don't underestimate them. Must play right from the start to give them no sniff.
