Notice at the start of the game Gary Neville is talking about this game at spurs being a huge test of our character, and cited 2 years ago where we lost champions league there…..and totally ignored last year where we beat them here 2-0 in a really good and mature performance

Ben White absolutely superb on both set pieces, completely bullies Vicario. He’s provoking him, touching his gloves, but all the time standing behind him…..then at the last minute he pops round the front and just stands his ground and bumps him. On the Havertz goal Vicario ended up behind the line from White’s attentions

Mad game. We're not playing well really but have a 3-0 lead. A boring scoreless second half would do just fine.

I actually wonder in what order if Neville could decide who were champions, runner up and 3rd who he'd want.

Trossard is surprisingly losing the balls too easily today

Okay, no clean sheet, but lets counter and go up another goal.

Tottenham are going to press. With Martinelli in along with Havertz we should have countering opportunities.

Bring on Jesus for Havertz. Havertz looks tired.

If this ends 3:3 then we won't hear the end of it.

Wrong move. Kiwior is not mature enough for this situation.

Other than set pieces, I doubt we'll try to score from open play

Way harder than necessary. Raya made it more interesting.

Raya got away with that one. Was always going to be difficult but that second half was torture.

Raya worked his skin off after gifting them the goal. He claimed all those crosses with authority :53big-emoticons:

Phew. Far closer than it had to be. Spurs only came back in to that through 2 of our mistakes. You get games between two teams where one is clearly superior but they can be close, add in the NLD and the potential to humiliate them at home and there was always going to be a reaction.

Couldn’t stand sky sports for that today, the entire narrative they had pre written was about us choking, they were desperate for it.

How did Richarlison get away with that char he straight at Gabriel - nasty piece of work.
