Rich, don't keep worrying about the refs, worry more about our defensive incompetence and inability to creat and take chances.

If we stopped gifting goals and turned possession into chances and goals then all the timewasting in the world wouldn't matter.

This is all to *%^@*** shoehorn Havertz into the team.
Should be the usual back 4
Partey 6 Rice 8.
*%^@*** annoying that Arteta is *%^@*** around.
Really want havertz to work but can't see why the whole team has been shifted to accommodate him.

Absolutely. This is nonsense.

Too much effing about with the team altogether.

I think we can ALL see the common denominator here from least season and carrying on into this.

Every time TG uses the word “stroll”

If you want to have any chance of challenging the likes of City you cannot afford to drop stupid points at home.

With better finishing… need something to fall for us, which doesn’t reflect well on our sharpness and cohesion up front tbh.

I’ve reserved judgment on the Havertz signing before making an early take. I don’t think I need to tell you what I’m feeling about it right now.

Phillip Billing is the player that would actually work for that role. Tall big powerful attacking midfielder who has an eye for goal who has occupied that striker position.

Hate games like this. Horrible mistake to gift a lead which empowers the opposition to play better than they normally would and equally makes us nervous and playing worse than we normally would.

It happens too often Rich.

I think this lopsided back four does not help.

Havertz lacks any sense of urgency

I think you have to bring on Jesus, Nketiah, Zinny and Smith Rowe sooner rather than later.

Get Havertz, Martinelli, Kiwior off.

Move Partey back into midfield.

this ridiculous ref is risking the lives of everyone in this ground by playing on during this thunderstorm.

someone could die here. Game should be called off asap, As quick as humanly possible in fact. Call the game off quickly. Get Kiwior off the pitch first, hurry lives are at stake.

Yes, everyone should just stroll out of the stadium.

He is very languid. I am struggling to see what is contributing in this game. Also if we have no full backs why is Tierney goign out on loan?

It's all a great mystery.

I'd prefer less mystery myself.

Arteta has a stubborn refusal to admit when things are not working, especially when it involves a majorly expensive signing who everyone warned was a big risk.

I want Havertz to work but we can't risk derailing the season waiting for it start clicking.

We’ve held it at the back a touch too long for me. I don’t know if it’s on purpose like Brighton do. But when Saliba has the ball no one is pressing him and he takes 4-5-6 touches and it all becomes static. Do that when you’re up surely, not when you’re behind.

Don't like Nketiah's niggly fouls. He does that a lot.

Ah ffs!! Great chance there hit over. Part of the story of our start to this season truth be told is the slow start of Saka Martinelli and Ødegaard.
