I am checking on the delay. I think I know what it is and if it's that, then it isn't good.

Seems to be working perfectly :42laughter:

I wonder if Arteta will trust Partey again? I'm in two minds about this--I suspect the wise move is to play Jorginho. Partey just adds so much when he is on song but he still looks like he has a mistake in him defensively. Ditto Martinelli. Trossard is obviously in better form but this feels like a Martinelli game. Tomiyasu has done enough to keep his place, and surely any thought of Havertz not starting up front has been banished. The rest pick themselves.

Can't see if anyone has already mentioned it, but today could also be St Totteringham's Day.

This is a server error due to the forum hitting a resource limit. I have noticed that over the past week or so we have had many hundreds of 'guest' users living in the forum constantly.

It might be a search bot (namely Bing) but it could also be an attack or a stuck user. I may have to purge the board cookies
or limit Bings access to the forum for testing. This may log members out so people might have to log back in again.

In the meantime, I am purging very old data which also seems to be helping a bit.

Currently we have around ~500 guests within the forum which is making the server hit its limits. Typically, we would have normally 30-40 guests.

Sounds very ominous. Can't you ban guests on games days?

I think it is Bing Bot doing it. It might be stuck. I just punted it yet it still lives on.

If I had to guess, it might have something to do with the new crawler they are using (and our oldish software) and possibly Microsofts AI software teachings.

I am still looking into it.

Thanks for your efforts Rog. I'll have a word with Stan and Josh about a pay rise.

Already I feel we are standing off them in their half. They are error prone and we need to press them. Can’t find that long pass yet.

See if you can get Sir Alex to shout me a pint next time he's down at the pub.

I don't like the way this game has started. Tottenham first to 50/50 balls and more aggressive.

When Saka gets it wide we aren't going forward enough. We aren't even on the last man. We have to be more positive in their half.

It doesn't appear to be Bings spider so I have allowed it back in again.

Spurs going with a ferocious press and we've been caught on it sloppily quite a few times already.

Need to be much more aware of their press we will not have time for 2 touches anywhere in the middle or final third
