Those last 10 minutes from the ref were just awful. Ended with the clock going to 4 mins and 20 of 4 minutes added and he lets the liverpool attack keep going and then blows up as soon as we win it

Tierney gave us nothing in those last 10 minutes it was a disgrace. Liverpool just started to get physical and we were given nothing.

He makes me massively nervous for the 2nd half with this crowd all over him. Liverpool are making it a fight like a lower league team, but they are being allowed to.

Someone got booked for Liverpool at half time. Robertson has been allowed to foul Saka without punishment and Konate has a high boot on Martinelli and came through the back of Jesus neither were given.

Martinelli needs to run at TAA constantly and draw the foul. He has him for pace. Like VVD looks frustrated and on yellow. Game management required.

Great game. Going into half with a 2 goal lead would have won the game I think. Trying to get back 2 goals while stopping a 3rd is too much. That said, any time you go into half time at Anfield with any lead its a great position. The 2nd half is going to be tough. We need a 3rd goal obviously. And its better if we get it while up 2-1 than at 2-2.

Liverpool definitely has another goal in them. Van Dijk on a yellow is big for us. I have a feeling there will be a sending off. Liverpool players seem pissed off a club comes to Anfield and has temerity to arrogantly go at them.

What I have been seeing is Liverpool players have been flattening with impunity.

So Robertson was booked after half time. Now, he's had 2 or 3 fouls already, if he wasn't booked for mouthing off to the ref he'd only have 1-2 more fouls until he gets a yellow for persistent offending - but in the referees eyes (and this is all refs) his persistent offending will now reset to zero even though his yellow wasn't for that.

Can Dijk and both fullbacks on yellows. We need to tear into them from the whistle. They have to be careful on both flanks coz of the yellows and we either get a chance or a second yellow.

Robertson puts his arm on the linesman who goes to throw/shrug his arm off him and ends up elbowing Robertson in the throat.
I'm sure he and liverpool were annoyed at that, but it seems a weird thing to surround the ref on to complain - what was going to happen from those protests that was going to help them win this game?

How is that Konate tackle any different from the one White got carded for, both won the ball and both followed through very hard.
