I don’t see how Ek could afford to buy Arsenal without taking on huge loans, as I believe Glazer did when he bought Manchester United. Is that really what we want?

Who gives a *%^@. Are you concerned it could get worse

Tongue in cheek, I’d rather have Jack the Ripper as owner than Kroenke. I just don’t see how Ek could afford to buy the club. I might as well say I’ll throw my hat in the ring, or you can say you will.

The game is ruined.

Analytical nonsense throughout every game. This is no longer a spectator sport just a series of incidents on a grass pitch.

the lines are not even drawn accurately on Pépé, let alone being drawn on a part of his body that can play the ball.

I swear we have not been given any marginal var decision at all this season

Lot of helicopter activity. Makes you wonder what they’re protecting us all against.

I wonder if they’re armed?

Any gratification is delayed that’s for sure. I’m learning not to get excited when we score of get a penalty.

You can score from your shoulder above the t-shirt line in theory. It’s just annoying that it’s mm’s. I’m not sure it’s “wrong” wrong.

Where was that like drawn from?? His shoulder?

Absolutely not. At best they drew it from his elbow but look at the lines and it is outside his entire body.
We are just at the whim of whoever is drawing the lines, however they feel like doing it.

The decision seems to have given us an injection, a little bit more energy going forward now

It is utterly pathetic, and if it was at least pathetic for everyone equally then that would be something - but honestly how many of these have we not been given

Is it getting to the stage where the refs are just delegating the decision on VAR. every goal goes to VAR

At what point do we admit this is utter *%^@.

I was with my sons in what used to be the Schoolboys Enclosure in days gone by.

Leeds had a goal ruled out earlier in the season for a player's hand being offside when pointing where he wanted the ball.

VAR is a great idea. But it is so poorly implemented that it would be better to do without it.

even when they are given the time and technology they can't even use it properly. Just look at the screenshot I shared of how the var ref determined Pépé was offside. They simply have not drawn the red line (the arsenal line) on Pépé's body at all, unless he has an extra half foot abnormal growth on his arm - and that doesn't even address that they're drawing the line on his elbow!

Every week we are being robbed of points. I really do think we've been robbed of 10 points easily this season from awful var calls

It's been utter *%^@ from the start. I was all for it but I'd bin it now.

Pity that VAR hasn’t picked up the wrong socks.

You're talking Dec *%^@. It was a foul there was contact it's being given in every game this season whether its soft or not there was contact.

Contact is not a foul. It wasn't a foul and if it was given against us we would be well pissed off.

Yeah, I think we've had the right mentality from the start today. Not creating much with the ball but we're working hard and our pressing has been very good

VAR has changed offside, it used to be there to prevent goal hanging now it’s statistical analysis of players position even if they are wide. It’s utter madness. I don’t understand why sky aren’t calling this out.

He might have had those James Bond baddie toe spikes tipped with polonium-210 on this boots. It would explain Ceballos’s anguish and pain.

It was soft - but he was kicked - lightly, we've had penalties given against us for far less

I was among those who wanted Martinelli to start ahead of Nketiah, but fair play to Eddie who has played well and worked his socks off. Just doesn't have the same quality as Aubameyang and Lacazette but he did what he could
