Calvert-Lewin leading with the arm in the face of Mari, not an elbow and not looking for the player but could easily be a yellow for recklessness

I agree LTG. Will Stan even get to know about tonight’s demonstration let alone be concerned about it?

Everton playing Richarlison and Calvert Lewin up top which means some form of defensive duty for Rodrigues and Sigurdsson - neither are great at that. That's where we need to make it pay. Partey has already beasted Rodriguez off the ball in a dangerous area

Daniel Ek only has a fortune of $4.7b. He’s basically a pauper. I doubt Stan would think of selling for £2.0b, so it would take even more than that. I don’t see how Ek could afford to buy Arsenal without taking on huge loans, as I believe Glazer did when he bought Manchester United. Is that really what we want?

There are so many niggly fouls from Everton that Moss is just not seeing. Gomes went late and through Partey earlier but because Arsenal had the ball he played advantage and the rather crude foul is completely forgotten

That turned out to be untrue. He just got away with one that was more worthy of a yellow.

He does need to take care though.

Ha, if he is that is an absolute farce. He's made 3 fouls and been booked on the second one. I don't think any player has ever been sent off for a second yellow for totting up after the first foul when it is only 2 on the totting up!
Remember Bissouma was allowed 6 fouls without a yellow against us and Ayew was allowed 7 fouls without a yellow against us. Both records in the prem

A bit like shouting at the tv. Might make you feel good but has zero impact.

I made the post after the tackle I think you’re referring to

If it makes you feel good it does have an impact surely?

Daniel Ek, the founder of Spotify has posted on twitter that he's always been an Arsenal fan and if Kronke wants to sell he'll "throw his hat in the ring"

Ek has an estimated wealth of £4.3billion. about half of Kronke's wealth and to my knowledge no inllaws who are even richer than him like Kronke!

I went to the protest. It was good actually, more like an Arsenal away game as a good atmosphere.

Moshiri has half of that wealth and he owns half of Everton.

He can have a whip round with his mates.

For some reason my mind drifted off to this fixture at the back end of the 1998 season. Happy memories.

Sadly it’s all entirely academic. They will never sell.

Never.

Think it's just a PR stunt on his part, but on a side note I think too much is being made about the wealth of Kroenke's wife and in-laws. Doubt their money is available to Kroenke for his own investments in any way.

well he is caught so the foul is confirmed - checking offside with a bit of a guess - and they're putting the lines on Pépé's elbow! awful!

Offside apparently. Not that one of the 43 lines they drew showed it clearly

That is scandalous. They clearly drew the line from Pépé's elbow not from his sleeve!

For gods sake how many times are we getting screwed by var

Just awful. Lacks any credibility at all. Not remotely what I thought that VAR was brought in to do.
