I have a few questions. I have heard that City can tie these up charges in courts, arbitration, etc. for years. Will they have certain seasons invalidated? And if so, I assume the runner up will be champions? What about trophies won in cups in those years? The charges are far more severe than Everton so at a bare minimum what happened to Everton plus more. City can be docked 10 points and still win the league. That's for sure.

They have no defence and the Lawyers are just tying them up in knots.

The weak FA have a lot to answer to.

Not expecting anything but a fairly decisive City win. Since the new year they have been virtually unstoppable in the league. They drew with us, Liverpool and Chelsea and that's it. They've won ever other league game. That's incredible form. That wins a league in almost pretty much any season.

Not to discount our form. We've been fantastic. In most seasons our form would win the league. Its a different premier league. Margins very tight.

So proud of them. I am a wee bit perturbed at some of the 'bottled it' commentary. Had Tottenham continued their form and brought to the last day, I am 100 percent convinced they'd be lauded. I don't recall Liverpool being labeled bottlers over the when they were finishing runner up a few years ago.

Well ... unless I'm mistaken our form in the league this year is better than theirs. We've dropped 5 points and they've dropped 6. So I'm not quite sure what this is about. Any sort of narrative that their relentless form has worn us down is simply drivel. They've been no more relentless than us. They were a head ahead at new year (taking into account their game in hand) and they're a nose ahead now.

Just i case anyone's missed it the game is on TNTsports1 and City's game is on SkySports Main Event.

Enjoy and think positively even if like AG you spout rubbish so the team isn't jinxed.

What will be will be. We know we are the true Champions and I'm proud we follow the rules and not flout them.

Coleman and Ashley Young as full backs ‘should’ be a complete mismatch against our wide players, even without Saka. But Everton obviously do enough to protect them because they are in good form and not conceding many

Keown and Rio Ferdinand doing punditry for TNT sports on the Srsenal game. Not sure I’ve ever realised how huge Rio is. I know he’s kept himself in shape and has bulked up in retirement but he towers over Keown who himself was an aggressive CB and good in the air. Rio must be 6ft 4 at least

Foden just spanked it in the top corner from 25 yards. If there is a difference between us and City it is the ability of an individual to just score a class goal out of nothing. No build up of pressure, no defensive mistake, just a stunning strike

Michael Oliver of double yellow and off Martinelli fame. May I just get mine in early and say he’s a *%^@. Don’t like the way he refs at all.

I’m glad we didn’t give Everton the ball back there. We had them under pressure right on their goal line and they put it out for a throw expecting us to give the ball back to them with no pressure as they put it out for Martinelli’s injury.

Ridiculous deflection 1-0 down.
Why can’t those incredible bad luck moments ever happen to City?

The commentator keeps talking about a title no one expects at this point. Everton came here on good form. 4 or 5 games unbeaten, deep block, we looking lacks it was inevitable. Maybe the goal will wake us up. It should but it may be one of those days.

Disagree, we should give it back. Its the custom. I have always wanted to see this change from a custom, a nice gesture to a steadfast rule.

That was coming, unfortunately.

Partey's cover is nowhere near as good as Rice's

Everton score, 5 minutes plus lots of stoppage to go, and some head for the bars and toilets.

What’s that all about? Give me your effin’ tickets then if you can’t be arsed.

Shouldn't need a goal to wake us up.
