Rice's corner and free kicks are ineffective

Right. Do not retreat Arsenal. Don’t let Chelsea build pressure with ease

Ødegaard brings life to our play. We missed him.

That run and shot from Timber is exactly what we've been missing.

Havertz picked up a yellow for not following Oliver’s orders to go off to get a cut patched up. Havertz wanted the trainer to come on and sort it on the pitch. It’s a non event, Oliver just needs to say go off please but instead he yellow cards him.

Oliver still worries me. He’s a ref that if you argue with him he’ll deliberately go out of his way to punish you when he can

Zero central midfield 25 yards out for us. So bloody avoidable

Red card will be next and a draw isn’t good enough.

Jackson 10 yards offside and the lino waits, but yet trigger flag so quickly for Martinelli earlier that cost us an attack and a corner

Chelsea being allowed a lot of late hits simply because we’ve kept possession

Would have been off-side.

We've shown great intent since they equalised.

How on earth does Trossard miss that?

Too little too late and this pattern of needing adversity to respond is becoming pretty ordinary.

I would have taken it before hand but a draw feels like points dropped.

Exactly. Offside anyway, but he didn’t know that.

Disappointed to lead v city, Liverpool and Chelsea and not go on to win.
But 8 points from away games v Villa, spurs, city, chelsea, Newcastle will be a tough ask for others, we just have to win our games when Liverpool and city play those games.

Ødegaard looked very tired 2nd half, surprised he made the full 90. Overall it wasn’t a terrible performance but it felt like Chelsea were weak enough defensively for us to take them today.

I thought it was a much better performance all round, including Jesus. We were the better and hungrier team by the end and a little bit unlucky not to nick it.

Is this getting back on track? It seems harsh but the flaws of this team seem to have been exposed. It’s the same team as last year but we haven’t shown anything new and teams aren’t worried by us at all.

If you watched Liverpool smash the game open on a quick counter with Salah and Nunez you see immediately what we can’t do. Without that Liverpool probably don’t win against Villa.

The control control control mantra when things aren’t aligned for us seems to translate to slow slow slow. Even Ben white taking an AGE for every throw, what is that?? He does it so regularly I assumed it must be on purpose, some cunning plan to piss off the ref!! It works…

A lot to do for Arteta. I think he could do it but it’s going to have to be quite some turn around.

Arteta just won't give Nwaneri minutes. That was tailor made for him.

It would also be great if we had someone we could bring on for Havertz. He has a decent game but sometimes you just need a fresh option.

Trossard once again much better coming off the bench.

7 ‘easier’ games now for us in the league. We need to be looking for 7 wins. No big 6 sides and only 2, forest and Fulham from the top half.

After those 7 it’s a tricky little patch with Brentford and Brighton away then spurs at home and Villa home.

We need to have clawed back Liverpools lead to 4-5 points max in the next 7

Indeed. It's telling that we started to play well after they scored. The handbreak came off and we started doing things with pace.

Both Mike Dean and mark clattenburg said that ‘the first one is free’ in relation to Colwill delaying the restart for deliberately blocking Raya’s clearance. If this is how refs genuinely think I can totally believe it. Where were these free ones when we had players sent off for it?
