Lucky goal from Welbeck. That's his best contribution to date. Well done lad.

IMO, he looks disinterested. Just going through the motion.

Evidently we want £30 mill for him. You'd have to be touched in the head to pay that.

And Per messes us up with a dumb dumb pass. And of all people, to a listless, disinterested Walcott.

I don’t want him anywhere near our club for another day

Unfortunately he will just go upstairs and adversely impact his successor, especially if as suggested it’s someone like Arteta

So I don't think there will be much controversy after this game.

This hasn't happened because of a *%^@ northern ref. It's happened because we are *%^@*** useless.

Double hit! Ha the goal shouldn't stand. No pen, and shouldn't have counted!

Now Wenger has something to complain. A way out for him to deflect the real issues with his team.

Jon Moss, you are useless.
Player kicks the ball against his standing foot from the pen. Jon Moss hasn’t got a clue what to do and give sthe goal.
What was the point in talking to his linesman.

Arsenal deserve nothing from this game. We’ve conceded 4 against an average championship team but how is Jon Moss a referee at the top level. Let alone apply the rules correctly he doesn’t even know the rules.

Only going to give wenger more fuel for his conspiracy theory

Got up because i could not sleep. 50 minutes gone at the time. Wee bit of trouble.

Let me say that this game appears to be Holdings , Gallas moment.

Still time if we actually played. Not say Wellbeck goal it should be an own goal. He was shooting wide.

I don't care what you say Forest have been really poor lately and to ship 4 goals to them is terrible.

It’s not clear that it’s a double kick. It’s not clear that it should have been a penalty. We just seem to be in a rut of the benefit of the doubt always going against us.

We are still moving so slow despite playing against 10 men and with the clock running down. Really lacks urgency

Only 4 mins of added time. Haha. It should be double that.

This has been a joke from start to finish. Someone please come and save our club. I don’t care if we don’t win anything for a while, just show me something different and some ambition

Wenger ranting about refs the other day probably hasn't helped.

VAR is needed ASAP. The spin on the ball shows it was a clear double kick.

They would just let him take it again and he would have likely got that too.

I think Opsina 's been getting lessons on how to save pens from Čech !

So the entire result will be blamed on the double hit and the regional inconsistency of referees.

Also if Wenger was on the touchline kicking every ball and urging us forward like he usually does we would have won

He’s a whinging moaning git who gets on people’s nerves. I can quite imagine officials sticking it to him.

Well if that, combined with missing the top 4 doesn't finish Wenger off, nothing will.

Just when you think we have seen our worse, we slump even further down. Wenger is sinking this club in double quick time.

I agree it is not clear it was a double kick. Forest don't even have a permanent manager FFS.

The penalty is not an excuse. They were 2 goals ahead of us. Nothing to say Ospina would have saved the retake if it was a double kick. There are no excuses for playing like this. But the manager started making them before we even left London.

Not true. If he kicked it twice then it should be a free kick to us.

Didn't know that. That means that when Pires & Henry did that pen cock up, the ref then gave the opposition a free-kick for a double touch (which wasn't actually one anyway).

We still would have needed to score another goal in only 9 minutes and deserved to lose as we were shocking :1laughter:
