Just when I was about to post that Trossard is getting contained on the left he scores. Ødegaard made that happen. The guy is so creative. There is no question in his mind he's at the right club and if RM came crawling back I have no doubt he'd give them the finger.

Rice has to keep his head. Turn that angry into a performance. Hoping it ignites him into making them pay for it. Porto are doing any antic they can think of. What often makes me scratch my head is how some referees don't seem to catch on to their cynical tactics. Or maybe they do and can't do much? Not sure.

I do fear that if Porto presses they will have very good shots on goal. Their striker had a very good shot on goal. Could have been down 1 nil very easily.

What a moment of quality to level up the tie. We deserve it on the balance of play. Porto are obviously streetwise but if we can play the game at our pace and tempo we beat them easily. Teams that play like Porto will struggle to raise the tempo when they are conditioned to play so slow. I don’t think they will change even at 1-1, they may feel their best chance is to keep it tight for as long as possible and make the game about 1 moment, 1 mistake and hope it falls their way.

By the way, 1 minute added time is a complete joke, especially when the ref was pointing clearly at his watch to say he was adding time on. It’s no wonder so many teams see this anti football as a way to play because it’s rarely punished sufficiently at all
