Let's hope that tory figure drops so they can't rely on Arlene, though a one seat majority would never work

DUP have only 1 issue regardless of what they try to make us believe. If it comes to it this result could be a disaster for the north.

Yes, that would be a disaster.

But if the Tories gained in Scotland they must have dropped drastically in England.

It's so weird.

I still think the Tories will get a majority as per last time when exit poll said hung parliament.

But it gives terrifyingly enormous power to DUP.

And small majority or not that's May *%^@**.

There was an overlap but now he is the MP for Uxbridge, and indeed a cabinet minister. In case you don't know Uxbridge is in West London in the Borough of Hillingdon. It's where Brunel University is.

EDIT: I just looked it up. The seat's formal name is Uxbridge and South Ruislip.

Given your track record for getting every prediction totally wrong wouldn't it be better to champion a Labour win , then your 'kiss of death' would guarantee a win for the one you really wanted to triumph....?

I wouldn't write anything off yet. I predicted (like most) a substantial Tory majority.

But I will be beyond delighted to be wrong.

Sunderland and Newcastle dampening the mood a bit though.

Don't know what to make of the Newcastle and Sunderland results. But not good enough to make that exit poll come true. Still think it will be a Tory majority plus DUP.

It's the *%^@*** hope that kills.

It's all over the *%^@*** shop. Swing to the Tories in Sunderland and taking seats off the SNP in Scotland. Where are Labour doing well enough to pick up 30 odd seats?????

Getting depressed again.

Wasn't the exit poll two years ago wrong? I thought it suggested a hung parliament and the Tories got an overall majority. I'm simply not sure how trustworthy they are. My own guess is that the Tories will have a slim overall majority, although it is a guess. I think the probable collapse in the UKIP vote is more likely to benefit the Tories than Labour.

But I stand by my earlier post. May's rather ruthless Party (towards getting rid of leaders it sees as an electoral liability) will see to it that this will be the one and only general election in which she'll be its leader. My guess is she'll be 'persuaded' to resign at some point before the next election and be formally applauded for being a fine Party leader while she was in charge, even though in reality she'll be forced out.

I'm not Darren however I'll suggest the polls wrong. It just doesn't make sense. I can't see how labour can pick up that volume of seats.

Didn't realize Gibbs is 27! I keep seeing him as this 19yo breaking into the squad. 15mil is too high for him? In this day and age? I don't think so. He's a fine LB. Not Arsenal or top 4 quality but a very decent, solid LB.

Everyone is trying to raid Monaco the same way Leicester got was being raided. I like Sidibe, but I hear Man Utd are also after him. He can play both full back positions as well.

So does that mean the UK has to negotiate Brexit with itself and Europe? Maybe a Brentrance is on the cards.

One thing I've learned down the years is it does matter. The cynical policies that Clinton would probably enacted, or even good-ol'-boy Republicans, would have been vastly better than the chaos this orange dipshit is unleashing, mostly it appears, out of sheer ignorance. Apart from everything else, he's *%^@** up Nato and the GCC is record time. What a tool!
