My expectations are low, but I really hope we somehow manage to win today.

Weirdest Cup Final ever. Very nervous remembering Baku. A win would mean a lot. Come on Arsenal.

Form book and recent history means I've not got a good feeling in the old stomach. Really need a good start. A strong middle performance is also probably important. A decent finish wouldn't hurt either. COYG!!

Can't cope with Glenn Hoddle talking absolute *%^@ all day, switching from BT to BBC1. Great Danny Murphy...

Lacazette has got to sit on Jorginho surely. Just picked his pass for the first goal. We can get back into this. Aisnley will get another chance in behind, just hope he can find a final ball of some sort.

Awesome goal. Shame it was offside.

Someone please explain why that isn’t a red?
No attempt to play the ball, denying a clear goal goal scoring opportunity

Luiz sent off for that twice this season

Foul continues into the area definitely a pen. Only question is if it’s a red. Clear goal scoring opportunity and no attempt to play the ball. We get *%^@** on these decisions so often!!!!!

How was that different to the red for Luiz?

No idea why that isn’t a red. None whatsoever.

Well done Aubameyang for holding his nerve. Back in it.

So annoyed with that decision. Should be a red and we should be playing 10 men for 60 minutes of the cup final.

Arsenal have responded really well. Our pace and balls over the top are giving Chelsea nightmares

Shame that they’ve lost Azpilicueta. We had the beating of him down our left - and he was on yellow.

I was thinking that. Looks a bit too Dungeons & Dragons for my liking. Bit two bob.

I’m hugely impressed how we’ve recovered in this match. Very very good indeed.

It’s like one of those fonts in Microsoft Word that nobody uses.

Absolutely LTG. A pity we've not got the second goal, we've been dominating them for the last 20 minutes or so.

Ruled it wasn't the last man, a Chelsea player in the box made it not a red in the referee's opinion.

Ballsy fightback. Many a Wenger team would have folded after that goal.

Largely controlling the game as the half wore on but still very worried when Chelsea move through the centre and Mount drifts inside.

Some great balls over the top from Tierney.

Good to see the team dominating the match. Do continue in the same vein during the 2nd.

Interesting. BBC showing Wrighty’s reaction to our goal. Cole just sat miserably. Despite saying that he really is a Gooner. Yeah! Tosser.

Jeez I thought Pulisic was going to score then. Not to wish injury on a player, but very happy to see him subbed.

Not a red because it was deemed a "genuine attempt to get the ball". Yes, usually genuine attempts are characterised by grabbing the opponents shoulder and hauling him down. Utter b%*&s%*^.
